OP Ernie New CEG\'er E Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 28 The 503! Salem, Oregon	My cruise control controls no longer work, checked all fuses under steering column and in power distribution box. Any ideas other then start checking every wire possible? 1999 Silver Frost CSVT stock for the time being.

BrApple_dup1 Hard-core CEG'er B Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 6,910 Enfield, CT	the most common problem is the unit itself. it is highly unlighly that any of the switches or wiring has failed. if you have a second contique or have another ceger close by or a junk yard try switching units. also the ford service manual has a pinpoint test procedture for the cruise control - 95 Mystique LS - Zetec/5spd - 99 Contour SeVT Sport - Duratec/5spd Official NE-CEG Contour/Mustang Family

JayNHL CEG\'er J Joined: May 2005 Posts: 159 Harrisburg PA	hey im having the same problem in my 98 csvt... what fuses should i check and where is the control unit located and how do u know if its bad??? i'd take it to ford to have them service or look at it to pin point the problem but how much do u think a test like that will run me??? n how on the money is it at figuring out the problem??? let me know thanks jason
