They ES inserts stop the typical driveline lash during shifting. That's a nice upgrade for many folks that think excessive NVH is bad.
if they do actually do anything, the effects are minimal, after installing them months ago prior to any other roll resistor changes, i noticed no diference from stock....i am not a believer
maybe its the svt motor cause its nicer lol that you can notice a difference on but if it were me i wouldnt do nothing to a non svt cause its kinda tryin to make your car a tight grandma car when you can just buy the svt when its a grandma car with style lol
