from the looks of that pic
1) run line from vac port to head unit
2) run line from vac port to bottom nipple on the wastegate
3) run line from vac port to IN one the EBC
4) run OUT from EBC to top nipple on the wastegate
this is also the way we hooked up the EBC on my friend's civic and it worked flawlessly.
