ok I have done some talking with someone who manufactures custom Altezza tails and he has agreed to make them for the Contours.
Below is his response to my question of what would be required:

What I require for a set of tails is this.
I need a donor pair of OEM lights. They ship those to me and I make them
into Euro-Style. When completed, they send me the OEM ones an their car and
a check to cover all parts, I send them the finished product.
Once this is done, I am ready for full production.

So I need a pair of tails to get this started, anyone willing to donate a set of tails for a good cause?
