It's not common knowledge. Only a few people know of the process. It takes about 3-4 hours with Dremel (each headlight) to very slowly go around the seal twice. Then, you have to very carefully and slowly use two slot screwdrivers to ever so gently pry the lens from the base. As I stated before, if you go too fast, or don't watch what you are doing, you can end up with a heap of hacked up plastic.
