I wouldn't trust the source farther than I could pick them up and throw them, but a nuclear strike of any proportion (dirty bomb or larger) is a stated goal of Al-Qaeda. It's entirely known that their operatives have been sniffing around the market for nuclear material.
I fully expect some level of nuclear engagement by a terrorist entity within the next 5-10 years; most likely here in the US but I wouldn't rule out Europe or the Middle-East either.
BTW, Warren Buffet may be a genius at stocks, but he's a complete left-wing nutcase when it comes to fiscal policy.
