Well, its probably wrong. It would not be wise for Al Qaeda to provoke the FULL rath of the US with a multi-nuke strike. In such an Armagedden, we have significantly more hitting power..what we have done in Afganistan & Iraq is nothing compared to what we could do if we took the gloves off. 4 million dead Americans..we can do MUCH better than that.
I would make it our stated policy that if we get hit in such fashion, ANY country associated in any way gets a full spread of nukes "operation death strike"...we do not go back to the Jurrasic era alone. Russia for letting nukes get lose, Mexico for smuggling gangs, pretty much the entire mideast, and France -just because...POOF! With Bush making the policy...I believe they would think he would actually do it..
