okay WTH is going on here just got my new T mobile phone today. I try to download wallpaper, it goes to this screen says it is temporaily unavailable, tried calling customer service, no ones home.

I would expect that with something that people don't use on the weekend or with a small company, or anything customer service here in Austria (everything, except bars and resturants are closed here on Sunday) but not from T-mobile.

That is obviously an ignorant response. You must have no clue about T-Mobil, or anything they offer.
I, as well as my entire family (15+ people), have had T-mobil for years. 24/7 support, excellent plans, wonderful coverage (at least for my area, no one company can offer great coverage EVERYWHERE), and exceptional pricing.

I am going to second that. I have had T-mobile since my first phone in the U.S. and also here in Austria. They have had some of the best coverage in both Europe and the U.S.
