Until you have to go out and spend another $200 on mounting hardware, a battery box, screws, bolts, cables, and all the other little miscelaneous things needed they don't include for a "clean" install (i.e. one you can be proud of, is safe, and doesn't look ghetto faboolus...)
"Our Turbo Kits are complete. Everything that is needed to turbo your car is in this kit less fluids"... Um, yeah.
Don't get me wrong, I'm very pleased with the main component quality, materials, craftsmanship, etc, but the little details make or break it for me, and I was left desiring much in the details.
Kudos HANDS DOWN to Keith and ADC for continuing to make a kit for a dead platform (I wish them success and a lot of business with their new basic kit), but make no mistake that the now $6,000 you spend on the full T3/4 kit is not by any means the last of the money you'll spend to install it (even installing it yourself as I am doing- See the 3L Performance Forum on NECO for all the pics). You are also faced with a TREMENDOUS wait (December now?) for the kit due to ADC's not being able to focus on kit construction (it's not their primary business).
Not bashing, I applaud them all the way. I'm trying to prepare those who may be considering this kit with realistic expectations from an actual customer.

Yeah, none of these kits is truly plug and play, not even the vortech kit was originally though it appeared to be close. The only issues out of the box were the lack of an intercooler and a chip that was hit or miss on actually having a close tune. This whole forum sucks this week, somebody liven it up with some controversy.

...how about...who has the best home made turbo set-up? or who will be the next one to beat Suneil's numbers? or how fast can Tom run the quarter?
or those that have built their own kit...why did they or do they regret not buying the ADC kit?
controversial enough?

No. I already know the answers to those questions. It needs to be something that we all have differen't opinions on. And lets not bring up secondaries....that one is beat to death enough that I won't want to read it.

I'm working on it, give me a break! Actually, if not next Wednesday, it'll be the Wednesday after that. I'm going to give it my all and see if I can't pull off a miracle. Wish me luck!
