I've been lurking around here for 3 or four weeks and read all the posts about overheating! I've got the lower shroud on it. I had to drop it down to install the resistor, but I was sure to re-install it. I guess I should try removing the Rad. and spraying it, it's just that I know it's been driven hot and everything I read say's the Zetec's will blow a head gasket for sure! And it heats up so damn fast that I have a baaaaad feeling! Where did you get the dye? is it something I can buy or does a shop have to do it? Thanks again for all the help, I sure need it!
