Im about to do my Konis as well. From what I have searched, you have to grind down the knob for the rears so it will actually fit, just the area you grab, not the actual adjuster.

That's a common fix, but I found I didn't have to do that. I peeled back the carpet in that little corner, and removed any white foam sticky-tape/padding from around the hole, and I had just enough clearance.
