Yes. If the company offers a relay kit, buy it. I got the relay kit for mine a while back, and jeez wouldnt you know it I actually think they are working better (seem "more powerful" if you will).

As far as Goonz's half covered bulbs, I cant imagine them cutting down "glare" (not that its bad as it is) that much. Reflectors reflect light everwhere inside of them. I would love to put his and some uncovered bulbs side by side. Really, I could sit here and talk about how my eyelids block out some of the scattered light.
