Slow pulsating power at mid-throttle does indeed sound like slow O2 response.




If they hadn't replaced the internals of the fuse/relay box during the 99M03 wiring re-do, that'd more than likely be the culprit on the F/P code. But the guts and connections to it are brand new, except for possibly the relays and fuses (and to be honest, even they look new). I will try to pull the fuse/relay box anyway to see if there's anything going on with the wiring bundle in there.
