After much searching of the forums, can't find a definitive answer for this question: I have a '98 Contour MTX with a toasted 2.5L ... will the later model '99-'01 2.5L engine pretty much just bolt right in? The only thread I found on this subject went on and on about whether or not the fuel system was returnless, and whether that even mattered, without reaching a definitive conclusion. (My assumption here is that there are only two basic variations of the Duratec 2,5L, the '95-'98 model, and the '99-'01 model).
