update

Got a new belt on, some of the squealing was due to the serpitine spliping and such. But I still g et noise when I am turning, I was checking tire preasure tonight, and toniced a weird wear pattern on the front left rotor. It looks like the top 1/2 inch is a clean silver color, while the rest of the rotor is a dirty, brake dust color, this is the same on all of the other rotors. What could be causing this and what can I do to fix it?

sounds like the rotor has been scraped up on the outer rim..

can be from the brake pads wearing through all the way to the rivets.

I just got the front brake pads and rotors replaced, if the guy at the shop messed them up.... arg why does everything have to break/need replacing all at the same time?
