Thought I would post after everyone saying they had problems/blisters after doing it.
AndySVT came up with idea of using T-Shirts. (not the CEG shirts wink ) MAD PROPS TO Andy !!!

1. Wet the car.
2. Get some fishing line (more that 3lb test). Using leather work gloves hold fishing line and pull back and forth behind strip.
3. Grab strip and pull off car. ; )
4. Take off shirt and put thumb inside.
5. Use shirt and rub across remaining foam adhesive. I did mine at a 45degree angle (downward).
6. Do step 5 for about 20 min to remove all adhesive.
7. Laugh at those with blisters after doing it. ; ) Just kidding about #7.
