The toe-in, toe-out can be set by adjusting the tie rods. Without adding some kind of kit, there is no way to adjust the camber or caster. My understanding is that weak struts can affect the camber. I had that problem on my contour and also on my mystique. The tires were wearing on the inside. New struts solved the problem.
