My advice is on the Bilsteins.
Why? Well you've got the BAT springs already and the BAT kit is based on Bilsteins and those springs so it should work out really good for you, i.e. the shocks will have the correct amount of damping to work on the street and track if you decide to take it to the track.
The Bilsteins are also cheaper than the Konis if you go with the BAT struts, correct?
The only time you'd really use the adjustable feature on the Koni's is to either correct any damping issues with the struts/springs combo (which the Bilsteins won't have) and to increase the damping rate while on the track or autocrossing. And once you get down to it there's really not that much adjustability on those struts anyway. I would say if you were very competitive in racing the car I would get the Koni's but if not my motto is "Keep it simple!"
Plus, I have Bilsteins on my car and it rides great. It is rough on roads sometimes but the car is very level and fast on the track.
