haha, wow, can you imagine actually installing them just to go to the track, then taking them off right after?? 
as far as them "actually inspecting", man, the people at my "emissions spot" are complete dolts. chirped and stalled the contour trying to pull it up, couldn't hold it at the correct RPMs when doing the test...by the time they were done I bet their brain hurt too much to even think about looking for anything.
