yes, as warmonger stated, passing emissions and being legal are two completely different subjects. as long as your main cat is functioning properly and you have MIL elims (so you arent throwing a CEL), you will pass emissions fine. i would be sure to let the car fully warm up before testing just to be safe. . . .

however, if they actually inspect, you will not pass. removing cats will fail you everytime, if they actually spot it. if they dont get under your car dont worry about it, you can barely see the headers from up top and thats if you are looking for them.

if you arent in Cali (or anywhere that has super strict emmissions laws) you shouldnt have a problem.
