It's been discussed over and over Marky ma boy.

SVT HAS infact said they do have interest in an SVT version of Fusion.. so consider it pretty damn well plausible that by mid to end 2006... we'll be rollin' phat in our CSVT's little boy.

If it does happen and they DO offer this car like they are talking... you can absolutly guarantee (sad, but true) my CSVT will be finding a new home.

Too bad it will probably end up being an auto too... That is, if it even happens.

I would (my opinion here) find it hard to belive SVT would produce this car to be completly opposite of MANY cars in it's class and have it as only an auto. IF they went the auto route... I could see some sort of tap shift being a part of the package.

That is possible, I just have this nagging feeling that they are gonna screw it up somehow; i.e., the ATX. If SVT puts the ATX in the Fusion with paddle shift, that would be better. However, if they did such, I have the feeling, it would have a redundancy and still shift for you as you near readline...

That makes sense (unfortunatly))... but Pontiacs Tap Shift does not have that "safety" feature... which is nice. *HOPEFULLY* they will atleast follow that pattern.. bare-
minimum.
