Ill smoke him off the line and at the end. and my car isn't stock i have a K&N Just like i beat you in that AutoX. ohh damn thats right you beat me and I was runnin off of 5 cyls barge! and guess what it was still close

(only because the SHO is taller geared, the SVT accelerates faster) Advantage in 3rd to the SHO because it has a stronger powerband then the smaller 2.5L engine. Since you will be in 3rd gear roughly half the 1/4 mile this is why the SHO wins. If it were a road race the SVT would rip up on the SHO because of better gearing and far superior handling. It's a straight line race though. Advantage to the bigger engine. As for my old 2.5L engine. It whooped up on SHO's. Then again it wasn't stock either. 2000 SVT #674 13.47 @ 102 - All Motor!
