I thought you were getting away from highly modified cars?
Have you thought about used b5 s4's? The turbos are expensive to replace, but over on audiworld you can get a great deal on a used example with the work already done. With that package you have high 12's pretty much out of the box with a very real capability of low 12's, awd, 6spd and a very luxurious car.
If you are against an old s4, I think it would be hard for you to go wrong with either the a4 or legacy. Count on the audi being a dog out of the box though. Although it is unquestionably the more desirable car, be wary of quality and future issues (although I have had great experiences).
screw the acuras, although thy are great cars the fwd ruins them.
