The G35c is gone, sold it to save up for the new Cobra. Driving my beater 24/7 sucks, but I wanted more power with less work. To get the G to the stangs level it would have taken atleast $10k (with twin turbo, SC'd guys are in the high 12's). Maybe look for a used G35x, some guys added an SC to the standard G, not sure if it can be fitted on the x (dont see why not) The SC kit was near $3k though....

the A4 option is a possibility though. i wonder how reliable they would be at that power level. 
A4 1.8T internals and engine is RELIABLE up to 350hp Daily Driver no problems.
I havent had any issue with mine, Love it! All i say is DRIVE one, my contour svt felt like i was driving a loaf of bread compared to the A4, I just cant explain it.

i almost bought an A4 instead of my current CSVT.... and i do like them a lot. hmmmm....

I like the R32, but maybe a bit small. Have you considered a midsize Suv? Now I don't beleive pricing has been released and not sure about 1/4 mile times quite yet either, but the trailblazer SS is surprisingly a real nice vehicle. Looks sharp, can be had AWD and nothing better to start with than a 400hp Ls2. They handle extremly well for a Suv and the interior is far nicer than a base trailblazer (which I loath). Only down fall is I imagine the price is going to be in the 40ties. Great for picking up clients, roomy and don't have to bend down to get in. Not to mention you can tow. Try it, you will be suprised (I think).
