I guess so.
Er... for the fuel filter change, if it has not been done for some time, I wonder if you might need to spray some WD-40 or something on the fuel lines where it meets the fittings on the filter. If the filter has not been changed for some time, apparently, it can be quite hard to get it off. There was an occasion where a CEGer broke the elbow on the line. It seems Ford does not sell just the elbow and you have to get the whole line (or get the elbow from a junk yard). So just be careful when removing it.
