Care to tell us where you found them that cheap? 
You'd be hard-pressed to hydroplane on a set of T1-S's. I did Mid-Ohio in the pouring rain and the track was an absolute mess. The Cobra held 115mph on the back straight no problem and I've done 110+mph in massive rainstorms in the Contour. They are absolutely great tires.
