The piece is fine. The damn tach still won't work!!! I don't know why!! I'm gonna have to go back and check the contact on the ECU again, but I was 99.99999% sure there was metal to metal contact before everything went back together. Another project when I get done with the summer.

I was hoping that it would work for you. Are you home from camp now or do you have to go back?

Maybe it is touchy like the wipers or something. The signal has gotta be there. I got today and tomorrow off, I have to go back early Sunday morning. 3 more weeks. The whole brake swap thing might be called off, I can't get ahold of Russell 3L, and he has the parts.

Well, I just quit my job so all of a sudden I'm finding all sorts of times/dates openning up. The 13th might be ok as long as I don't start my new job by then. Actually, if it's a weekend date I should be ok b/c even if I DO start my new job I'll most likely be on weekdays only during training so I should be able to make it.

You quit? What kind of new job did you get? Matt, Russell is probably busy, I'm sure he'll get the parts to you in time. Keep us informed. Did you get the "Contour" emblem reinstalled? I told Patty to tell you to keep it off. I think your car looks nice without it.

it seems the 13th is the best day. now the place. my mom said we can use her 1.5 acre lot at her house in carlisle for like 4 hours. (is that long enough?) we can cookout there and hang out if you guys are cool with that. let me know what you guys think.
seems like it is good for these people on the 13th: 1.me 2.luca 3.xdouble 4.csvt99(afternooon only) 5.digital slacker 6.jaynhl 7.rthoman(maybe) 8.chknhwk
lets get the ball rolling and agree so we can get the max amount of contours as possible. this way people can ask off work asap.

That's really nice of your Mom to let us use her place for the meet. A big thank you to your Mom!!
Carlisle is a bit over two hours away from me though. I'll have to see what I can do, I have two Labradors that need me to be home.
I'll let you know soon.

If it's in Carlisle, we would be able to come.

I got ahold of Russell 3L, I'll prolly have the parts shipped out next weekend. I'll be home to see the Tom Petty concert in town. Hehe, the contour eblem is going back on as soon as I find something better than superglue. I want people to know what I drive.
