Uinta's are one of my favorite locations on earth! To take a 5-10 mile hike out into the sticks (w/GPS for backup
) for a few days is amazing, almost nothing else keeps me energized like that
The only other place I've seen thistle grow wild was in the Highlands of Scotland, so it's a treat for me to have them so close to SLC!
