If the alignment doesn't sort it then there is a bigger problem. Try the alignment first, especially if you can get a good price on it.
If after alignment it still becomes un-aligned, then look into other problems.
Check your tyres too, what caused you have bodywork done? Did you lock up, hit a wall (like I did

) or someone hit you. Basically, the higher speed imapct, and the more it's localised towards the wheel area means the greater chance that something like a LCA might be bent. If you hit a curb, for instance, then it's probably just alignment.
Get it done right away though, saves on additional wear for one, and safety aspects too.
