I was surfing the web looking for SVT's for sale and saw this fraud. Clicky I tried to contact the seller, and the car was no longer available. Not to mention, it is overpriced.

Yup when you click the car fax link, Car fax says: FREE Record Check Results VIN: 1FAFP66L3YK121198 Year/Make/Model: 2000 FORD CONTOUR SE/SE SPORT Body Style: Sedan 4 DR Engine Type: 2.5L V6 PFI 24V DOHC Manufactured In: UNITED STATES Search Results: 12 records found in our database That aint an SVT......  Hopefully the website person just messed up and made a data entry error.

I could tell by the automaic transmission that it was a SE. Hopefully you are correct, it was a typo, or maybe ignorance, and not a deception. Either way it was quite hilarious.

If I ever sell the Contour the ad in the paper will say Pre 98 Contour SVT for sale. and I'll see who comes along to actually look at it.

Well if yours looked like mine and is an SVT after your mods, mine has to be an SVT as I have the body kit, brakes, and SVT engine parts.
