Actually it's the other way around . Where as a hurricane may cover hundreds of square miles of damage, a tornado is more devastating in the small spots it lands. Hurricanes take off roofs in 3 or 4 counties at a time. Tornados take off houses where they land .




Thing is though, hurricanes quite often spawn tornados so you get the worst of both with a hurricane... If you had seen my trees & the neighbors houses on my street, you'd know that a tornado had spawned & ripped [censored] up.


Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
