Man, sucks if you got laid off from that job, but I guess that would mean no unemployment......

We have some temporary employees that work short weeks or are off for weeks at a time...they get to file...but they have to go home and file like everyone else.
Im Ohio your weekly benefit amount is 50% of your gross average weekly wage during an established base period to an established maximum.
Dependency class:
A (No dependents) = $331 (If you averaged $662 per week or more)
B (1-2 dependents) = $401 (If you averaged $802 per week or more)
C (3+ dependents) = $446 (If you averaged $892 per week or more)
Examples:
Joe grosses $1000 per week but has no dependents, Joe will get $331 per week.
John grosses $500 per week and has 3 children, John will get $250 per week.
Current regular base period (first 4 of the last 5 completed quarters) = 04/01/2004 to 03/31/2005
Alternate base period (last 4 of the last 5 completed quarters) = 07/01/2004 to 06/30/2005
Weekly benefit amount = wages earned during base period divided by total weeks worked(all covered employers) divided by 2(50%).
Must be covered employment(no self employment).
Must have at least 20 weeks and averaged $186(gross) per week during above base period(computer will use regular base period if 20 weeks/$186 is met) to qualify monetarily.
Claim is good for 52 consecutive weeks, however, in Ohio the maximum full weeks you can collect is 26. And no, there are no extensions at this time!

Sounds like you already have a plan there MaddMike ... take the time to relax a little. You don't get much oppurtunity to do this once you get back to work.
What are you getting the loan for school for ? Anything interesting?
