Okay i used to work for CarMax (now with Best Buy) so i have a hook up in the parts dept. They are OEM skirts right out of the box! No they dont come painted. They are flat black. They told me that cost is only $12.50 now. The odd thig is that at one time the SVT rear bumper was $250 list and now it like $800!!!  i told him to keep me updated for when they go back down.
