Okay i used to work for CarMax (now with Best Buy) so i have a hook up in the parts dept. They are OEM skirts right out of the box! No they dont come painted. They are flat black. They told me that cost is only $12.50 now. The odd thig is that at one time the SVT rear bumper was $250 list and now it like $800!!! eek i told him to keep me updated for when they go back down.

To answer your question & to not mooch, the side skirts 'shoulda' came with the hardware your gonna need. There is a 3 inch plate, a handfull of rivits, and a handfull of the infamous Ford plastic wedges. A standard size rivit gun will work fine, no special tools needed. I had some stuff left over on my SE to SVT side skirt swap, so I still have the bag this hardware came in. Let me know if you need the part number off this bag. Bill Jenkins also had a good deal going on SVT skirts, something like $65 each. Thats where I got mine, $160 shipped. Black primer needs sanded, need to get a can of Bond-Aid ($3-4?), and a qt of Dupont Centari ($25-30) and pay your body shop man about 2 hours worth of labor ($60-80). Paint guy should know to paint with the jack covers off. Install is really easy. There is a left and a right side (these are NOT symmetrical). The front has a shorter distance between the edge of the skirt and the jack point. The rear of the skirt has a greater distance bewteen the edge of the jack point to the end of the skirt. Clear as mud? Just hate to see anyone install one backwards. Best bet for you is to look under a Tour with side skirts already attached, be it a SVT or not, they all mount in the same places.

Oh yeah, can I get hooked up with some cheap parts too?
