Bleach White from Wesleys owns. Don't use regular bleach. It'll turn the white into a light yellow over time. I know this from my old wide whitewall tire days.
I use this stuff on my tires w/out white letters and it still owns! Gets the shcit and build up of Meguiar's Tire Gel off too. Then reapply tire shine and go!
