There are a number of variables...Temperature being one of the more important.

Before the compressor clutch engages, both sides will measure the same pressure, usually 75-120 psi depending on the underhood temp.

Once the compressor engages, the low side should drop to between 25 and 40 psi and the high side should rise to between 175 and 350 again, depending on the ambient temp.

Ford does not use temperature vs. pressure charts for charging or servicing. Everything is based on the weight of the refrigerent when charging.
