All this fuss has happened in the past with no real resolution. i will say "i own a '99 SE Sport V6 ATX with a SVT badge on it" and those who hate another CEG member because of it can sod-off. i didnt like all the crap on the back but i didnt want to go badge less so i have the SVT. But i have ordered the Mondeo badges to be more unique. But am i gonna get kicked for wearing the badge? No. if it wasnt for the pre 98's there would be no 98+ and no SVT. As always to each there own. Do what you want with your car. Thats why they call it "custom".
