What should I be looking for in a good coilover setup?
I'm still running a stock suspension. It only has 37,000 on it but it is 6 years old and still handles better than most cars I've been in brand new.

How can one tell if these are true threaded coilovers or sleeve type coilovers?

It seems like a heck of a deal to get true full coilovers with all that adjustability for $1000. If I was not already on my second aftermarket suspension I would do it. Maybe when the Konis get tired (If they do) I will upgrade with the D2 setup. Thanks for getting verification.
'00 CSVT Koni/B&G (New), SCA intake, 18 inch Falken Circuit Spec (gunmetal), CF hood, Headlights by Dan, Mirko, deleted front license plate/painted chrome ring. Headers/y pipe installed - TruBendz Borla system no Res and optimized TB. Getting there!

The verification was that the original price was $1800 and on sale they are $1620. FYI

NoLimitMotorsport.com has them for $1083.75. That is cheaper than Ground Controls + Konis.
Edit: Sorry, that was posted earlier. Anyway, someone needs to try these.

I placed the order online and then called asking when it would ship ... they said I should have them in about a week. When they come in, I will take all kinds of pictures side-by-side with the KONI's that I have (for sale).

new eurotuner has a featured e46 with a superwidebody. front bumper has d2racesuspension decal so it may very well turn out to be a nice product.
