And then there was this one time on CEG that we planned a meet and no one showed up...  What happened Chris??

I was anxiously waiting to get my wheels... (and have a meet of course  ) I'd post latest pics of my car but everyone's probably seen them by now... Most recent things done would be the rear deck sub and finishing up my homemade plexiglass heatshield... Hopefully I can get those wheels pretty soon or I might just hafta get a set of ST200's... Although I have always kinda liked them too...  <---- Indecisive about wheels...

Did you ever post a picture of the finished plexiglass heat shield? I remember reading your post but can't remember if you had a "finished product" picture. You're getting Chris's wheels right? The ST2000 wheels are sharp.

I was supposed to but when I talked to him yesterday it sounded like it'd be a while before I could actually get them...

Hey me and my buddy dave who was going to come cause hes just starting to like cars sat at applebees for a hour and a half before we left. We just sat there sipping margaretas and no one showed up  . We kept our eyes out for contiques one guy showed up in a contour me, already a little drunk decided to try to be a spy, snuck up behind him and said "CEG... Are you here for the meet" with my back up against his, he looked at me really wierd and then we left. Im all down for a meet, we will have it at my house next time and we can grill drink pool it up and work on cars. I have after the 12th off so im going to pick a date and then we will figure something ooot. I demand 100% attendence. or who knows maybe we could meet the PA people 1/2 way somewhere. Andy i think me and you should go up the 13th or something to chris' and get some parts.

Cool heatshield! You did a good job.  Chris...Andy needs his wheels. Hurry up with your projects so he can have them.  Brett...I'm sure the PA people would like to have a get together with the upstate NY'rs. Do you have a location in mind? How's the rebuild going on the Contour?

sorry guys ...the g/f was sick, and called in from work...so i got the "you mean you'd rather go to some car thing than take care of me?????"...ummmmmm yes!!!! but i did the "right thing" and stayed home and worked on my car...i bought some new paint....its a secret though..heres a hint..its not white
