Water pump went out, and car started to overheat.
AC shut off because of hot engine.
Heads warped and/or head gasket blew because of overheated engine.
Warped head and/or head gasket is letting combustion pressure bubble through the coolant tank.
Hope I'm wrong, but that's sure what it sounds like. A compression test would be a good way to check. Does the engine seem to crank very easily? This too would be a check for no compression.
