Quick and simple on both:
The door ding is only tied to the front driver's door.
Open the door, look at the switch on the column. undo the two screws, remove switch from column, remove one wire, heatshrink wrap it (or tape it, but I wouldn't recommend that) and reinstall switch. tada now the car thinks your door is always shut.
on the key fob:
stock keyless cannot be programmed as such.. aftermarket ones could though expensive to change out.
