Well insurance totaled the car at 6400 i paid the car off at 4500, 700 for the salvage. this leaves me with 1200 to put into fixing it the rest is out of pocket. i still have about 2500 to get back from rental credit(eventhough i didnt rent one) and misc aftermarket stuff that my policy did not cover, but i can recover it from the resposible insurance co. stupid 17 year old kid. he is responsible for all 5 cars involved.
what happened is that he clipped 1 car and that car lost control and hit another
then he clipped me and lost control, then i was struck by another.
so all in all its his fault.
