Well I drained all the fluid out of my tranny and i was actually short a Quart. But now that i think about it i remember seeing a fluid stain on the ground the day after i filled fluids. At first glance i was sure it was power steering fluid. I guess it must have been the drain plug for the tranny that was leaking. I did check and tighten everthing after i noticed the leak. But the fluid that i did drain out had some metal in it. All super super fine. It looked like wine red paint with a tiny hint of metal flake in it. I did have all new syncros, shift forks and bearings installed when i rebuilt the tranny. Im sure its just the parts getting to know eachother.
