Since my ex finally had agreed to a date of March 04, I was able to proceed with the divorce papers immediately, as there was consent on both sides, and both lawyers. Given the time frame of 12 months for legal separation, bringing us to March 05, and almost 6 full months since March 05 (5 1/2 months), this was more than enough time for the final divorce.
13 more days, and I am as free as I ever will be, as long as she doesn't decide to come back after me for spousal support.
