Lights, such as ABS can illuminate (along with other REALLY freaky things) when a battery is very low. windshield wipers on all by theirselves, speedo jumping around, etc...)
I would suspect a faulty/loose connection between your battery and chassis ground, or positive cable.
megafuse would illuminate the charge light, unless your bulb is burnt out, as well (slim-to-none on that, but possible)
