Just wondering if various SVT parts such as side skirts, front and rear airdams, exhaust kits and gauges would bolt onto a year matching mystique. Thanks

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the side skits will fit. The front bumper does need modification and the rear bumper I have no idea about! (search the Aesthetics Forum)
Exhaust kits will bolt right up very easily, however you will need a little welding for the passenger side as there is no hanger present on non-SVTs.
I had a TruBendz on my old Mystique which was fitted, including fabbing and welding a bracket within one hour of dropping the car off.
You can pick up the SVT exhausts pretty cheap, but if you're not prepared to wait, go with the TruBendz. Very highly recommended on this site!
Guages should be plug 'n' play, no worries!
Most things will fit a Mystique ... CF hoods don't, also headlights and grille are different. Other than that, AFAIK, the rest will bolt in.
You might want to check out fitting an SVT rad too ... easy enough and it has quite a bit better cooling efficiency.
**Edit**
P.S. Read all the "Stickies" at the top of each forum ... will save you being told to search.
P.P.S Mods should maybe add something about searching/reading stickies to the registration e-mail ... might help a bit.

There's nice ways and not so nice ways. Just posting "SEARCH" seems kind of rude by my standards, especially when he's only got 6 posts to his name. Don't forget not everyone is familiar with how forums work, sticky threads, and searching. Point them in the right direction first, if they've got 100+ posts then, yes, feel free to jump down their throat, but give the real new guys a break, otherwise they may simply leave.

Sometimes I get excited about something and post a question just to feel dumb when someone says SEARCH! And I know better!

Well, I'm no newbie to forums and stickies. But I didn't see the Aesthetics forum and as you all know, just because YOU have seen these posts, doens't mean people like me can think of the right keywords to find them. Often times a search brings up no matches.
Anyway, thanks for the answers!

Just to build upon Christian's post, and somewhat simplify it in the process:
SVT side skirts and rear bumper will bolt right up to the existing holes in the Mystique. The front bumper will have to be cut midway and molded to the Mystique front bumper, and this can get expensive. As Christian said, you can't do anything with the hood because the "stylish" CF ones made, as hideous as they are, are Contour exclusive. But I like the lines better in the Mystique hood anyway.
You can do projector headlights and the like, but you have to be even more careful than the Contour crew has to be because there are no aftermarket headlamp replacements such as Depot headlights for the Mystique. You have to go back to the dealer for new headlights as OEM ones are the only things made now and they are preciously few left.
Hope this helps you out some more.

Here's my Mystique: The rear SVT bumper, SVT exhaust, SVT side skirts bolted directly on. Front bumper....looks OK as it is now, but sticks out as not matching if you look close....good luck, you'll end up spending a bare minimum of $1000 to get a custom made one, but looking more closer to 2G's. Contour and Mystique front ends differ with the bumper, hood, grille, and headlights, so unless you want to turn your 'stique into a 'tour.... FYI, my rims are off a Mondeo ST200..so European and Australian parts fit as well....the Forum Archives are your best resource on this site.
