The RCA is a huge TV for the money, but what about quality? Haven't heard anything about RCA quality. How do the Sony rear projection units look?
I would go with the 30" Sony, best picture quality out of those four. I believe the 30" HS comes with the Super Fine Pitch CRT but I could be wrong.
Samsung makes some nice TV's as well
