well, HDTV means it will be widescreen, otherwise it is not hi-def....also in that screen size you wont be able to find cheap because the only hi-def tvs that are made in that size are high end tube televisions taht are very heavy and bulky and will cost you upwards of $1000 or more, or you could get an LCD television which will cost you even more then the aforementioned prices.....if you cant cope with the price, then you will just be better off sacrificing the hi-def route and getting yourself a nice flat screen tube tele that is not widescreen nor hi-def and enjoy the advances in tube technology as they still deliver some of the best picture qualities you can get!
