I wanted one since I bought the old 97gl a few years ago... Well the wait is finally over !
I found a nice black 99 csvt last week and I couldn't resist ! I paid 9500$ and it only has 89000kms. This car drives great compared to the old gl. I drove it on twisty roads in the Laurentians last weekend, it was a blast ! The only problem is that it needs a new clutch, as the current one (bearing, at least) is about to die. It also needs a pair of 225/50 BFG KDWs as the ones that are on the front are totally worn out. If anyone knows a good place to buy the clutch and the tires, let me know ! I'm shopping around town (montreal) to find a place where I can get my clutch job done for a good price too. So if you are in/near Montreal and you spot a black SVT with a noisy clutch, you'll know its me
