Yeah ... ummm ... this is the problem. I've been doing this for about 10 years but I don't have a Computer Science degree. ALso government is out as I'm not only a non-French speaker ... but I'm also a little Johnny Foreigner (Brit).
I've checked Ottawa Job Shop a number of times over the last 12 years, and must admit it's a steaming pile of poo!!

It depends on the government. You may be able to score an English-speaking job IF you are not in a Regional Office or National HQ. I have seen internal postings where bilingual is preferred, but if you're uni-lingual it's okay.
